ELANTAS, a division of ALTANA, is acquiring the wire enamels activities of Changzhou Hongbo Paint Co., Ltd and thus growing its business in China. The products taken over will be manufactured in Tongling (Anhui province). ELANTAS has already expanded its production site there.
